NEIRP’s Brandon Talbert earns CEcD

Kudos to Brandon Talbert, director of business recruitment for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, upon his earning the designation of Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).

Brandon joins the ranks of professionals around the world who are acknowledged as having achieved a hallmark of excellence in the economic development field. In fact, two of R&M’s principals, Mike McCarthy and Susan Blansett, are longtime CEcDs. The certification requires renewal every three years through demonstrated contributions to the profession and continuing education.

"The CEcD is acknowledged and respected as the leading economic development professional designation. We are extremely pleased for Brandon in achieving this career milestone," said John Sampson, president and CEO of Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership.
