Gloria Perez has 29 years of experience in sales, marketing and commercial training applications in the Texas market with AT&T. She joined the R&M team as an associate for marketing in 2009.

Gloria is also a serial entrepreneur, having owned and operated three businesses in the commercial services sector over a 30-year period. She is currently owner of Asiel Enterprises Inc., a provider of custodial services to military installations in central Texas. Gloria’s civic and business acumen is well known in central and coastal Texas, where she has long been active in chamber, economic development and workforce development circles, having served on the boards of the Corpus Christi Regional EDC, Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend, and the Del Mar College Foundation. As a board member at the Texas Association of Mexican-American Chambers of Commerce, Gloria hosted the first-ever Latino Economic Summit in 2000.

Gloria has also been active on numerous philanthropic boards in the Coastal Bend region, often assisting with or driving fund-raising. Among Gloria’s proudest accomplishments have been the establishment of the “Mano a Mano” scholarship and the “Solamente Tu” women’s conference during her tenure with the Corpus Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the first scholarship program for young women at Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas.

Gloria earned her B.A. from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology and has earned numerous certifications in Sales and Marketing from AT&T. She is an avid reader, active in church activities and mentors young girls in foster care.
