Dave excels in mid-market campaigns. His expertise ranges from profiling
communities and creating development strategies to organizing campaigns and
involving community leadership. Over the past 15 years, Dave has made over 5,000
one-to-one top solicitation calls, and raised over $110 million in capital
funding.
The most recent capital campaigns that he has headed have been: Denver CO,
Southeast Business Partnership CO, Shasta County CA, Jefferson County CO,
Aurora CO, Broomfield CO, and has assisted in numerous others. In addition, he
has worked on Medical, Educational, and Community development projects. He set
up joint-venture liaisons for Russian and American businesses on-site in the
Siberian cities of Khabarovsk and Vladivostok as a
consultant for the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce. He published the
Colorado International Trade Directory.
Dave also does demographic and economic impact analyses for business
clients, communities, and campaign consultants as a means for establishing
realistic goals, return on investment, and benchmarking program performance.
The California State University
in its Journal of Economics has published some of these analyses.
Prior to entering the development world, Dave spent twenty-five successful
years in business. He worked in manufacturing for twenty years and headed up
Marketing, Corporate Planning, and Mergers & Acquisitions for a large
manufacturing company. He was General Partner for a successful construction and
income property management firm for ten years.
Dave has a BS from Colorado University and an MBA from University of Denver.
He resides with his wife, Myra, in Denver, Colorado,
and enjoys racquetball, motorcycling, and has a strong interest in the stock
market.
