In his 23-year fundraising career, Mike has made over 7,000 CEO solicitation calls. He has raised over $350 million in the 108 capital campaigns he and his team have headed.  He is nationally and internationally recognized as a top economic development strategist, a passionate orator and fundraiser. His firm, R & M Resource Development, got its start working with the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Denver Corporation in the late 1980s.

Mike has worked in every facet of economic development from military base re- use to revitalization of downtowns, and attraction of new industries. He has led successful international trade missions throughout Asia, and Europe.

Most recently, he has designed and directed economic development and funding campaigns and program strategies for Springfield, IL, Fort Wayne, IN, Quad Cities, Iowa and Illinois, Denver, CO, Corpus Christi, TX, Ft. Collins, CO, Joliet, IL, Rockford, IL, Colorado Rural Development Corp, and Wichita, KS.

He resides in Winter Park, Colorado, and Highlands Ranch, CO with his wife Judy. In addition to spending time with his family, Mike is an avid skier and fly fisherman.
