Conflict occurs in any organization – it’s a fact of life.  Managed effectively, conflict can actually help your organization grow.  Left unresolved, conflict will become a wedge between an organization’s CEO and the Board, between staff members or departments.  Many executive employment contracts mandate mediation in the event of CEO/Board conflict.
