Gary Plummer wins award from Western Area Chamber Executives

R&M client Gary Plummer, CEO of the Greater Springfield (IL) Chamber of Commerce, has been named “Chamber CEO of the Year” by the Western Area Chamber Execs (W.A.C.E.). The award is given annually to “the Chamber executive who has excelled in… financial management, communications, legislative affairs, membership programs and community services performed by the chamber.” (With R&M’s help, the Chamber’s budget last year was increased by 73%.)
